Administration Assistant (Supply Chain) – Temporary ( Ref: JAA(SC)-T )
The Department

Our Supply Chain Department is looking for a committed and self-motivated individual to join the Commercial & Contract Management Section.

The Job

You will

  • support the payments process for the project team
  • provide administrative support to the executive managers
  • maintain and update the electronic based filing system
  • assist in the preparation of tender / quotation documents and reports analysis
About You

You should have

  • five passes in HKCEE including English
  • a minimum of 2 years administrative experience preferable in construction-related industry or purchasing-related discipline
  • good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
  • hands-on experience of MS Office applications especially for Word and Excel
Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  A 6-month temporary contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
