The Hong Kong Jockey Club Chief Stipendiary Steward (CSS), Mr Kim Kelly, will retire in January 2023. Mr Kelly joined the Club in 2002 and was appointed CSS in 2009. The Club has recruited Mr Marc Van Gestel as Mr Kelly's successor.
