The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) launched its redesigned HKJC Classic 3-in-1 app today (28 August), offering customers* an enhanced digital betting experience. Managing bets has been made easier with streamlined steps for editing bet selection. Additionally, several upgrades have been introduced to cater to the needs for both racing novices and experienced enthusiasts, including:

• Elevated horse racing infotainment: In the coming season, “Discover” will introduce two new sections, “Betting Strategies” and “Racing-Pedia”, offering in-depth race statistics and analysis, and beginner-friendly Racing 101 tutorial videos to cater to the needs of both racing enthusiasts and novices. The exclusive “Tipping One” section, which is highly popular among horse racing fans, will return with a brand-new team of horse racing KOLs. They will share their picks and betting strategies, accompanied by video analysis, prior to each race meeting. With a simple tap, racegoers can instantly choose the racing KOLs’ top picks to bet on themselves, enjoying a more convenient digital betting experience.

• UI design uplift: The updated HKJC Classic 3-in-1 app now features a clean, contemporary design that is visually appealing and intuitive to navigate. The Navigation Menu, “Add to Slip” and “Send” buttons have been relocated to the bottom for improved operation and navigation, enhancing the overall betting experience. Additionally, the “Deposit” shortcut has been added to the “Betslip”, which allows customer to check their account balance and make instant deposit, making it convenient and efficient.

Additionally, for experienced enthusiasts seeking a refined experience, several enhancements have been implemented to better cater to their needs:

• Enhanced viewing experience: Customers can customise the font size to suit their preferences, ensuring optimal readability.

• Never miss race updates: Customers can enable “Receive Push Notifications” in “Settings” to stay up to date with the latest race information and racecourse activities.

• Enhanced wagering experience: The “Picture-in-Picture” live streaming feature allows customers to watch and bet simultaneously without any disruption, all within the same app.
