The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club) today announced that the old eWin online betting service and the football betting app GoalX will cease operations from 17 December 2024. Customers* will enjoy an enhanced betting experience through other upgraded digital services.

This August, the Club revamped the eWin online betting service and the Classic 3-in-1 app to meet customers’ expectations and needs for enhanced digital betting services.

The new eWin site offers enhanced mobile browsing with a responsive design, faster odds updates, and maintains the familiar betting process. Since its launch, the majority of eWin customers have migrated to the new eWin platform.

Many GoalX users have also enjoyed the odds push feature for football matches along with the improved user interface, font size customisation and “Picture-in-Picture” live streaming function available through the revamped Classic 3-in-1 app.

The Club appreciates the invaluable insights provided by customers over the years on these services, which allow it to guide the Club’s review of wagering products and services based on customer needs, continuously enhancing the customer betting journey.
