JC Youth Football Academy Summit - Daily Snapshots (16 Aug 2018)

Guangdong U17 has arrived Hong Kong today, all four participating teams are set for the Jockey Club Youth Football Academy Summit tournament tomorrow (17 August) at Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground.

The local coaches from 18 districts in Hong Kong attended a coach seminar held by Daniel Ransom, Manchester United Academy Psychologist, and Chris McCready, Academy Summit Tour Leader of Manchester United. Daniel shared his experience with local coaches and explained with real cases how to apply sports psychology, while Chris shared topics related to identify personal development in elite youth football.

In the evening, the teams from the mainland, Hong Kong and England joined together at Jumbo Kingdom for a seafood feast. Beforehand, the Manchester United Academy U16 hopped on the sail junk cruising on the Victoria Harbour during nightfall to enjoy the magnificent view of Pearl of the Orient.
