Sammy Leung suggested the youth leaders to improve their communication skills by making good use of creativity.

Leung and the youngsters had a relaxed and interactive question-and-answer session, bonded with each other, filling the classroom with laughter.

Leung reminded the young leaders to communicate with people in an optimistic and positive manner, remain confident and have the courage to express their own ideas.

Leung stressed,“Nothing is impossible. Where there's thinking. there's possibility”.

At the age of 23, Cecilia broke through the boundaries she had set for herself to break her own record more than once, which set a good example to the youth leaders.

Cecilia conducted a fitness workshop in the Jockey Club Youth Football Leadership Scheme, teaching young leader’s warm-up exercises and core muscle training.

Cecilia demanded that everyone accurately perform each movement, as she believes that being strict on oneself leads to excellence.

Cecilia encouraged the leaders to set a good example.

The answers provided by the youth leaders elicited a great deal of laughter from Cecilia.

The young leaders seized the chance of taking photos with the “high-jump goddess”.

Ada Tsang shared the experience of overcoming challenges after two failed attempts at climbing Mount Everest, and eventually became the first Hong Kong female to reach the summit.

Ada became an instructor at The HKJC Youth Football Leadership Scheme training camp in Cheung Chau. As part of the activities, she conducted a “volley pass” game to train up their team spirit.

The leaders enthusiastically discussed the best strategies for success and gradually figured out the tricks.

Although they failed the “volley pass” challenge, the young leaders continued to demonstrate team spirit, and Ada was impressed with their determination and spirit.

Ada believes that only determination and conviction can build one’s path to success.

Ada hopes that by sharing their “never give up” spirit among the teams and with other children, they will benefit from the spirit and become true leaders.
