Performance Manager

Corinne ran a competition livery yard for 20 years, which included breeding and producing top level showjumpers. Following a successful international riding career, Corinne took over the management and coaching of the British Young Rider Squads in 2006. Following a period of restructure, these squads went on to win 32 medals at European Championships over the next nine years. When integrating the youth teams into senior Nations Cups, they went on to win 5 senior nations cups with Corinne as their Chef D’Equipe.

Corinne attended the 2008 Olympic Games in Hong Kong as the liaison person between the riders and owners. In 2012, Corinne was responsible for heading up the front of house team in the Sports Office at the London Olympic Games.

Corinne is a graduate of the UK Government's Elite Coaching Apprenticeship Programme, has a medal of honour from the British Equestrian Federation for her services in showjumping, and holds a post-graduate certificate in Professional Practice in Sporting Excellence.

Technical Advisor (Dressage)

Nick is a former International Three Day Event rider and British team member. Nick is a Grand Prix dressage judge in the UK and is also one of the World Class Development Programme dressage coaches, specialising in education, mentoring and performance profiling for international riders up to senior and championship levels. As an FEI International Eventing judge, he was on the Ground Jury at the London Olympic Games in 2012, European Championships in 2011, as well as Badminton and Burghley House and many other high profile events. Nick is also a judge trainer and examiner for British Dressage and and FEI Course Director for International Eventing officials. He also coaches international riders on an individual basis to Olympic level.

Piggy March is a leading international event rider. She has won two of the most prestigious 5* competitions in the sport: Badminton (2019) and Burghley (2022), both with her partner Vanir Kamira. Additionally, she has represented Great Britain at World and European Championships, winning Team Gold at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon in 2018 and at the European Championships in Avenches in 2021. Furthermore, she has twice earned Individual Silver at the European Championships—first in Fontainebleau with Some Day Soon in 2009, and then in Avenches with Brookfield Inocent in 2021.

In 2022 she started an online training platform called Piggy TV to share her knowledge and experience in the equestrian world with a wider audience. As of September 2024, she serves as the Eventing Coach for the Club.

Dannie Morgan
Dressage Coach

Dannie Morgan is a professional Dressage rider and trainer. Dannie produces a range of horses from youngsters through to International GP level and to date has won 21 National Championship titles. 

Alongside his own competition career Dannie has a passion for training other riders and enjoys helping partnerships to their best and achieve their goals. As of September 2024, he serves as the Dressage Coach for the Club.

Mainland Performance Coach

Raena Leung is a professional showjumping rider, and was part of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Elite Senior Squad from 2013 - 2023. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University College London and a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University.
 
Raena marked breakthroughs in Hong Kong Equestrian sport by winning the 2012 FEI World Cup China League. She was the first Hong Kong showjumper to compete in a FEI World Cup Final (Gothenburg, 2013) and at the FEI Alltech World Equestrian Games (Normandy, 2014). Raena has earned numerous placings in 2- and 3-star Grand Prix events, as well as in classes up to 4- and 5-star levels. Additionally, she represented Hong Kong, China at the 2014 Incheon and 2018 Jakarta Asian Games, winning Team Gold and Individual Bronze at the 2019 Asian Championships in Pattaya, Thailand.

Upon transitioning from her background as an athlete to a coach in 2022, Raena became a certified BHSI Showjumping Performance Coach. Since then, she has worked closely with many of Hong Kong's young riders and taken on various coaching roles. As of September 2024, she serves as the Mainland Performance Coach for the Club.

Heike Holstein
Para Dressage Coach

Heike Holstein is a four-time Olympian, representing Ireland in dressage at Atlanta, Sydney, Athens, and Tokyo. A 13-time Irish national champion, she is also a Horse Sport Ireland Level 3 coach and tutor. For over a decade, Heike has coached the Irish young rider eventing team, achieving consistent medal success at the European Championships. Passionate about coaching riders from all disciplines, she began working with the Club’s Para Squad in 2023 and looks forward to an exciting future ahead.
