Competition

The 2018 Jockey Club Youth Football Academy Summit organised a friendly match and a tournament on 14 and 17 August, respectively, at the Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground. The Manchester United U16 and HKFA Academy U17 teams played against each other in the friendly game, whilst the Guangdong U17 team was invited to take part in the tournament.

Both competitions attracted more than 3,100 spectators, making for an electrifying and boisterous atmosphere as fans enjoyed seeing the players from Guangdong, Hong Kong and the UK up close. It was a feast for the eyes for local Hong Kong fans!
